PAYMENT
Lagos Deliveries
Customers in Lagos can choose from the following payment options:
- Prepayment: Pay securely via our website or through a direct transfer to our company account. Please note that we will never ask you to make payments to a personal account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon receiving your order.
Deliveries Outside Lagos
For deliveries to states outside Lagos, customers have the following payment options:
- Prepayment: Pay securely via our website or through a direct transfer to our company account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon delivery. However, a deposit of ₦5,000 is required as a commitment fee for all COD orders outside Lagos. Our dedicated courier service will provide an account number for the payment
Important Notes
- Prepaid orders are prioritized and processed faster to ensure timely delivery.
- Payments should always be made to our company account. We will never request payments to a personal account under any circumstances.
DELIVERY
We deliver in Nigeria within 1 – 7 working days depending on the location and payment method.
Typically, orders within central Lagos are delivered within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to central Abuja, Kaduna, Port Harcourt, and other major cities are completed within 3-7 business days. Pre-paid orders receive priority.
For locations outside Lagos, we use GIG Logistics for delivery. In cases where GIG cannot deliver to your exact address, you will need to pick up the package from the nearest GIG pickup station. If multiple GIG locations are available near you, we will inform you, allowing you to choose your preferred option. If no choice is made within 24 hours, we will deliver to one of the available locations.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
You have a 24-hour window to raise any concerns about returns for items purchased, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and new condition.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them. Items must be returned at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is defective) as soon as possible.
We offer exchanges; however, customers will bear the full, unsubsidized cost of delivery for the exchange process. A replacement item will only be shipped once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it is in the same condition as when it was originally sent.
